Progress Software is hiring a Senior Full-Stack Engineer - AI

We are seeking an experienced Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join our team in developing AI-powered solutions for complex real-world use cases, innovative projects and cutting-edge explorations. This role involves end-to-end development of AI based assistive features and fully autonomous agents to significantly simplify the job of the IT and Marketing people in developing and maintaining web sites based on our CMS Sitefinity. In this role you will: - Work with AI models and agents - Create and orchestrate AI agents - Engineer prompts - Evaluate performance and quality of produced results - Build and maintain RAG workflows - Build microservices and APIs for AI agents - Build UI for chat assistants and agents - Manage end-to-end MLOps/LLMOps, including pipeline automation, continuous deployment, monitoring, model versioning, drift detection. - Deploy and operate AI systems in а Cloud environment - Stay up to date with emerging AI trends, tools and breakthroughs, ensuring integrating relevant advancements to drive innovation. - Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (e.g. product managers, legal, etc.) to ensure the alignment of AI-driven solutions with strategic business objectives.
