Responsibilities
- Act as the primary expert in front-end technologies such as React and Next.js.
- Guide and train developers in clean coding practices through code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Collaborate with Product and Design teams to deliver features and applications on schedule with strong quality.
- Establish and promote development best practices to improve team efficiency and code quality.
