Responsibilities
- Collaborate directly with client engineering and product teams to grasp business objectives, define requirements, and suggest practical technical approaches
- Lead full lifecycle delivery of features, from technical analysis and design through implementation, testing, and live environment support
- Build and maintain robust full-stack applications using .NET, React.js, and cloud-based platforms
- Engage in architectural discussions, technical planning, and solution design decisions
- Spot opportunities for technical enhancements, risk reduction, and performance optimization
- Create scalable, dependable, and maintainable software in line with established engineering standards
- Work with containerized systems and Kubernetes-powered deployment pipelines
- Utilize AI-assisted tools to boost development efficiency and improve code integrity
- Coordinate effectively with remote, cross-functional teams including developers, QA engineers, product owners, and system architects
- Support peer code reviews, contribute to technical documentation, and promote knowledge exchange
- Ensure consistent communication and alignment with client expectations
