What You'll Do
Take ownership of full-stack development to design and deliver features from concept to deployment. You'll work within an agile framework to build responsive, reliable applications that support digital learning and onboarding workflows.
Enhance the platform’s interactive capabilities by developing intuitive interfaces and the backend systems that power them. You’ll optimize performance, refine APIs for HR tech integrations, and contribute to real-time reporting tools that turn learning data into actionable insights.
Help drive the integration of AI features using large language models, including automated content creation and intelligent user assistance. Collaborate with the team to solve technical challenges and set the foundation for scalable growth.
Requirements
- At least five years of experience building web applications using modern full-stack frameworks such as Ruby on Rails, Node.js, or comparable backend technologies, along with Angular or similar frontend tools
- Proven ability to develop features across the entire stack—from database to UI—with a focus on clean, maintainable code
- Solid knowledge of both relational and NoSQL databases
- Hands-on experience integrating AI models and APIs, including OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar, into production applications
- Strong commitment to testing, with experience writing unit tests and using test automation tools
- Ability to understand user needs and translate them into effective technical solutions
- Fluency in English and readiness to lead feature development from start to finish
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud-based infrastructure, particularly AWS
