Divelement is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer to lead pivotal website migrations and rebranding projects. You will be instrumental in moving large-scale marketing sites from WordPress to modern, headless CMS architectures, focusing on elevating performance and design. You'll join a remote-first, cross-functional team of 11-50 employees.
What You'll Do
- Lead a Full Website Migration & Rebrand – Move an existing WordPress site to a Next.js + headless CMS setup on Vercel.
- Design and Build Scalable Architectures – Create reusable components and modern frameworks optimized for performance and SEO.
- Integrate with Headless CMS Platforms – Use platforms like Storyblok, Sanity, or Contentful to create editor-friendly content systems.
- Collaborate with Designers & Marketers – Turn design systems and content requirements into performant frontend solutions.
- Optimize for Speed, SEO & Accessibility – Apply best practices to make sites fast, findable, and usable.
- Support Deployment Pipelines – Use Git, CI/CD workflows, and platform capabilities in Vercel for seamless launches.
- Own Quality from Dev to Launch – Test, debug, and monitor performance post-deployment.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of professional fullstack or frontend-heavy development experience
- Deep proficiency with Next.js and modern JavaScript/TypeScript
- Strong experience with WordPress (especially in migration contexts)
- Hands-on knowledge of headless CMS platforms (e.g., Storyblok, Contentful, Sanity)
- Proven track record of CMS migrations and/or rebranding projects
- Experience deploying to Vercel, including use of Edge Functions, ISR, and analytics
- Strong eye for UI/UX consistency, responsive design, and performance optimization
- Familiarity with Git workflows, Agile practices, and cross-functional collaboration
Nice to Have
- Experience with design systems, Figma handoff, SEO best practices
