USTECH SOLUTIONS is hiring a Senior (Full Stack) Application Developer

Responsibilities

• Design and implement RESTful APIs and web services using Node.js, with or without frameworks.
• Build dynamic, data-driven web applications following best practices in testing, debugging, integration, documentation, and deployment.
• Engage in workflow planning and evaluate current production processes to support scalable system design.
• Meet or exceed project deadlines and help manage operational backlogs and task queues.
• Assist in identifying development tasks, estimating effort, and setting realistic project timelines.
• Collaborate on defining and scoping solutions that are both efficient and cost-effective.
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver components necessary for project success, including business development, database design, UI, and user training.
• Lead unit and system testing efforts focused on specific features and functionality.
• Research emerging technologies and recommend improvements to technical processes, workflows, and architectural standards.
• Ensure solutions align with existing infrastructure while addressing scalability, availability, reliability, stability, security, and performance.
• Provide on-call support as required by operational needs.
