Responsibilities
- Advance the company's mission of transforming healthcare using modern AI technologies
- Lead AI initiatives from concept through system design, deployment, and continuous improvement until widely adopted
- Develop and deploy complete AI systems spanning traditional machine learning and large language model workflows
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to analyze workflows, define objectives, and deliver actionable AI tools
- Support both internal platforms and customer-facing AI features as required
- Create and manage evaluation frameworks, monitoring systems, and observability metrics covering accuracy, cost, latency, and business outcomes
- Implement safeguards in LLM pipelines such as validation layers and human-in-the-loop processes
- Develop quick proofs-of-concept and evolve them into production-grade systems
- Contribute to the development and leadership of the AI team, including mentoring junior engineers
