You will lead frontend development for key product features, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, accessible, and performant user experiences. The role emphasizes technical leadership, modern web practices, and innovation in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement user-facing features using modern JavaScript and React
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to define feature requirements
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices
- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and accessibility
- Lead code reviews and contribute to frontend architecture decisions
- Troubleshoot and resolve frontend issues across multiple platforms
- Mentor junior engineers and support team growth
- Stay current with evolving web technologies and industry trends
- Ensure consistent UI behavior across browsers and devices
- Integrate with backend services and APIs efficiently
- Participate in agile development cycles and sprint planning
- Contribute to design system components and reusable libraries
- Advocate for user experience improvements based on data and feedback
- Work with analytics tools to measure feature effectiveness
- Support deployment processes and frontend infrastructure
- Drive improvements in frontend testing and CI/CD pipelines
- Collaborate on internationalization and localization efforts
- Promote accessibility standards across product interfaces
- Evaluate third-party tools and libraries for frontend integration
- Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing
Nice to Have
- Experience with large-scale production applications
- Background in design tooling or visual editing platforms
- Contributions to open-source frontend projects
- Familiarity with WebGL or canvas-based rendering
- Experience with international teams or remote work
