EX Squared is hiring a Senior Front-End Engineer (Remote - US)

Jobgether is hiring a Senior Front-End Engineer to shape high-performance, real-time collaborative web applications used worldwide. You will own the development of visually rich, interactive interfaces and influence our frontend architecture and tools.

What You'll Do

• Design and build real-time, interactive front-end features using modern frameworks such as React or Vue.
• Optimize Canvas and WebGL rendering for smooth, low-latency graphics and interactions.
• Profile and improve frontend performance and memory usage across multiple browsers and devices.
• Collaborate with designers, backend engineers, and QA to deliver accessible, polished, and user-friendly experiences.
• Evolve frontend architecture, tools, and frameworks to improve scalability, reliability, and speed.
• Instrument analytics and A/B experiments to inform product decisions and ensure high-quality releases.
• Review code, provide feedback, and mentor team members to maintain high technical standards.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of professional frontend development experience.
• Strong expertise in JavaScript or TypeScript and modern frameworks such as React or Vue.
• Experience building graphics-heavy, real-time web applications using Canvas or WebGL.
• Ability to write high-quality, reusable, and well-tested UI code.
• Experience delivering end-to-end features for collaborative or real-time web apps.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, including code reviews and documentation.
• Familiarity with performance profiling, memory optimization, and cross-browser compatibility.
