emerchantpay, a fast-growing payment company, is looking for a Senior Front-End Developer to design and develop innovative web front-end applications and components. You will be an integral part of a collaborative team, actively communicating with system analysts, back-end developers, and QA.
What You'll Do
- Design and develop innovative web front-end applications and components
- Actively communicate and cooperate with system analysts, back-end developers, and QA teams
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of experience developing modern web applications with JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
- Experience building mobile and responsive layouts
- Ability to write standards-compliant code that works across various browsers
- Highly proficient in spoken and written English
- Enthusiastic, hard-working, and motivated team player with excellent communication skills
Nice to Have
- Ruby on Rails experience
- Web performance and optimisation skills
- Hands-on experience with JavaScript frameworks like jQuery, React with Redux, and single-page applications (SPA)
- Knowledge of Ruby and Ruby on Rails server-side development
- Previous experience in the payment industry
