Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business unit leaders to convert strategic goals into actionable operating plans, covering workforce capacity, market segmentation, customer coverage, service delivery evolution, process enhancements, and KPIs tied to financial and GDR outcomes.
  • Deliver analytical insights for designing future operating models, including role composition, digital and self-service channels, and AI-integrated service approaches.
  • Enhance the business unit's KPI structure with leading indicators, performance thresholds, and operational diagnostics to enable evidence-based decisions.
  • Establish consistent procedures for evaluating new investments, developing business cases, and calculating ROI across Commercial, Product, Customer Success, Professional Services, and Marketing functions.
  • Advance the business unit’s GDR improvement strategy through financial modeling, risk and opportunity assessment, and investment analysis.
  • Lead recurring planning cycles—monthly, quarterly, and annually—by setting realistic, data-supported targets and incorporating them into enterprise financial models for executive and board evaluation.
  • Implement AI-powered forecasting systems featuring automated variance analysis, scenario planning, and early detection of financial risks.
  • Assess the financial implications of customer retention strategies and capital investments using scenario modeling tied to GDR outcomes.
  • Produce and present clear, executive-level financial and operational reports for Post-sales leadership, the CFO, and senior management.
  • Collaborate with Go-to-Market Systems and Data teams to utilize platforms like Snowflake, Tableau, SFDC, and Adaptive for automated reporting, churn analysis, and scalable capacity planning.
  • Lead workforce planning and resource allocation strategies to ensure efficient deployment aligned with ROI and long-term objectives.
  • Provide accurate, timely financial insights and reporting to executive stakeholders, improving transparency and accountability within Post-Sales.
  • Foster strong cross-functional partnerships with FP&A, Accounting, Sales Operations, HR, Legal, and executive teams to support integrated financial planning.
