Responsibilities
- Develop financial models based on business drivers and conduct scenario planning to guide annual budgeting, forecasting, and strategic initiatives
- Manage and maintain the organization's financial planning system in Pigment, ensuring data accuracy, clear documentation, and integration with reliable sources
- Act as the main finance contact for non-salary expense oversight, supporting leaders in monitoring spending, identifying variances, and addressing financial risks or opportunities
- Evaluate performance across departments and deliver executive-level reports for regular business reviews on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
- Enhance and automate key performance indicator reporting using tools like Equals, Google Sheets, and Looker to minimize manual processes and improve leadership visibility
- Work closely with teams across GTM, Engineering, Analytics, and Finance to establish metrics, build financial justifications, and assess strategic project outcomes
- Conduct on-demand analyses using internal and external data to support growth and operational efficiency efforts
- Identify opportunities to optimize finance workflows and tooling through process improvements and adoption of new technologies
