Technical Skills • Strong proficiency in one or more of the following technologies: • Java • Python • JavaScript / TypeScript • API design and systems integration • Secure software engineering practices • Modern application frameworks • Containerization technologies • Production-grade AI platforms and solutions Required Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (advanced degree preferred). • 14+ years of software engineering and technical leadership experience. • Proven experience owning production systems and leading large-scale enterprise delivery initiatives. • Strong expertise designing and building backend services, APIs, and scalable distributed systems. • Experience working across architecture, platform, data, and application layers. • Ability to operate effectively in highly regulated industries such as financial services. AI & Modern Technology Experience The ideal candidate should have experience with modern AI application architectures and production-grade implementations, including: • Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) • Semantic Search • Agent-Based Systems • Generative AI Solutions • AI-Powered Workflow Automation.
