Responsibilities
- Provide frontline technical support and participate in on-call rotations for incidents related to vehicles, remote driving setups, hardware, network, cloud systems, and fleet settings.
- Maintain and manage network infrastructure for vehicles and remote driving stations.
- Assist in deploying and initializing new vehicles and remote driving stations.
Requirements
- Proven expertise in Linux environments
- Advanced troubleshooting abilities for large-scale, interconnected systems
- Hands-on experience with Python and bash scripting
- Background in managing and diagnosing on-premise network systems
- Familiarity with CI/CD platforms such as GitHub, CircleCI, and Jenkins
- Working knowledge of Docker and containerization technologies
Nice to Have
- Programming experience in C and/or C++
- Knowledge of CAN protocol and automotive communication systems
- Understanding of network security principles
- Exposure to mobile network technologies including 4G and 5G
