Responsibilities
- Create annual and quarterly marketing strategies aligned with Korea's enterprise sales pipeline and revenue targets in collaboration with Sales.
- Collaborate with Sales to co-develop territory-specific plans that deliver measurable enterprise customer results.
- Oversee and refine the demand generation funnel to ensure seamless lead progression from marketing initiatives to sales follow-up.
- Maintain and adapt quarterly execution plans based on performance metrics and data insights.
- Provide local market intelligence and content needs to global teams to enhance future marketing programs.
- Lead end-to-end management of the Korea B2B enterprise event calendar and budget, including strategy, planning, execution, and post-event review.
- Develop audience-focused event briefs with defined enterprise goals, lead targets, messaging, and documented post-event learnings.
- Manage external vendors, agencies, and speakers, making final decisions while overseeing execution by third parties.
- Lead post-event and post-campaign lead nurturing in HubSpot using multi-touch workflows to activate enterprise leads and track ROI metrics like cost per lead and pipeline contribution.
- Build and manage a network of strategic enterprise partners, including HR associations, industry platforms, co-marketing allies, and influencers.
- Leverage partner channels for joint lead generation, co-branded content, and collaborative events.
- Lead community strategy across prospect and end-user channels tailored to enterprise audiences.
- Develop and manage a prospect-facing community to guide enterprise buyers through the decision process using roundtables, forums, events, and digital groups.
- Manage the B2B Kakao channel and other engagement platforms to increase enterprise user interaction, retention, and upsell opportunities.
- Deliver consistent reporting on program performance, including event ROI, campaign effectiveness, community engagement, and pipeline impact.
- Develop and maintain HubSpot dashboards that provide Sales and leadership with clear visibility into marketing’s contribution to the enterprise pipeline.
- Analyze results, identify successful strategies, and implement data-driven recommendations to improve outcomes.
