Responsibilities
- Develop strategic growth initiatives and pipeline architecture
- Lead integrated campaign design and execution across multiple channels, including pre-event demand generation and post-event conversion strategies
- Design and scale high-value field experiences such as executive dinners, technical workshops, and customer summits to advance late-stage deals
- Serve as a strategic consultant to regional sales leadership, aligning marketing investments with territory goals to achieve Sales-Ready Lead and Marketing Sourced Opportunity targets
- Maintain operational excellence and leadership in marketing activities
- Collaborate with Marketing Operations and Sales Enablement to optimize technology tools like Salesforce and Clay for improved account identification and lead follow-up
- Manage a significant regional budget with full accountability, prioritizing spending based on historical performance and projected revenue impact
- Orchestrate cross-functional efforts with Product Marketing and Design to tailor messaging for the Americas audience and technical personas
- Conduct analysis, optimization, and reporting on marketing performance
- Track and report key performance indicators including pipeline velocity, win rates, and marketing contributions to Net New ARR and Customer Expansion
- Stay informed on open-source and cloud infrastructure trends to ensure regional competitiveness and innovation
Requirements
- 5–7+ years of experience in Revenue Marketing, Demand Generation, or Field Marketing within a B2B SaaS or high-growth technical environment
- Deep expertise in Account-Based Marketing and influencing complex, technical buying committees
- Advanced proficiency with Salesforce and intent data platforms
- Proven ability to lead complex, high-stakes projects and cross-functional teams without direct authority
- Based in Cork, Ireland or Helsinki, Finland, with ability to work hybrid from these offices
- Exceptional communication skills to translate complex data into clear narratives for executives
- Entrepreneurial mindset with initiative to identify gaps and develop solutions
Nice to Have
- Experience with modern outbound tools like Clay is highly advantageous
- Comfort discussing data infrastructure topics such as PostgreSQL and Kafka with technical audiences is strongly preferred
