Innatera Nanosystems is hiring a Senior Field Application Engineer based in the USA. You will be a technically hands-on problem solver within our engineering team, supporting customer implementations and driving product development. Your role is crucial for bridging the market and internal teams by translating field feedback into actionable improvements.
What You'll Do
- Bridge the gap between the market and internal teams by translating client feedback and usage scenarios into actionable product improvements.
- Build deep technical relationships with customer architects and engineering management, serving as their primary technical advisor.
- Deal with technical questions and issues from customers, assisting them in accelerating their development with Innatera's technology.
- Train customers by organizing workshops and training sessions alongside the engineering teams.
- Guide customers through the design process, including architecture reviews, schematic reviews, design-in support, and product feature training.
- Partner with Sales to identify opportunities and articulate the value of Innatera technology to secure wins.
- Collaborate actively with the SDK/EDK, architecture, and Product owner teams.
What We're Looking For
- At least 7 years of experience in a technical customer-facing role (FAE, System Architect, or similar) within the Semiconductor industry.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field.
- Great coding skills in Python and C/C++.
- Knowledge of ML/AI Framework(s): TensorFlow, PyTorch.
- Knowledge of Embedded Development Kit(s) and an AI background.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility and outstanding communication and customer service skills.
- Experience working in a global environment, bridging the gap between customer requirements in North America and European/Western HQ engineering teams.
Nice to Have
- Computer architectural knowledge is a big advantage.
- Experience with AI Embedded Applications.
