About the Role

This role involves evaluating the feasibility of clinical trials in Latin American countries by analyzing healthcare systems, regulatory environments, and site-specific capabilities. The individual will provide data-driven insights to support trial planning and site selection.

Responsibilities

  • Assess healthcare infrastructure across Latin American countries for clinical trial readiness
  • Evaluate potential clinical trial sites based on capacity, patient population, and regulatory compliance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and interpret feasibility data
  • Prepare detailed feasibility reports with actionable recommendations
  • Monitor regional regulatory changes affecting clinical research
  • Engage with local investigators and site personnel to collect accurate data
  • Identify challenges in patient recruitment and propose mitigation strategies
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of therapeutic areas relevant to ongoing studies
  • Support development of country-specific feasibility questionnaires
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all feasibility assessments
  • Contribute to timelines and feasibility response planning
  • Use internal databases and external sources to validate site information
  • Communicate findings to project teams and stakeholders
  • Participate in client and sponsor meetings when required
  • Track and report on key feasibility metrics
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive project information
  • Adapt approaches based on therapeutic area requirements
  • Support training of junior team members in regional nuances
  • Ensure compliance with internal quality standards
  • Work within defined project budgets and deadlines
