Requirements
- 8+ years of experience
- a growth mindset and a drive to make a lasting impact
- a digital native who thrives in delivering aesthetic design to digital transformation programs
- a portfolio of digital work that reflects your capability to work on complex, scalable digital solutions spanning Web, Mobile, and connected experiences
- a portfolio of work with measurable client impact
- Human-centred design dept across research, interaction, UI, content & service design
- Proven accessibility & inclusive design practice. (e.g WCAG/A11y)
- Fluency in modern tools: Figma, Miro, prototyping & practical chops with AI design tools
- A great communicator with clear succinct communication with execs and teams
- Bias to action in ambiguous spaces; you balance speed with craft to ship the right thing
- At least 6 years in experience/UX/product/Service design(Consulting or product)
- Familiar with research platforms (e.g. Maze, UserTesting)
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business challenges into solutions
- Organised operator, able to juggle concurrent and competing priorities
- Excellent consultancy, communication and stakeholder management skills
- A collaborator who values teamwork and knowledge-sharing
- Excited by the intersection of technology, creativity and data
- You will be eligible to work in Singapore / Thailand and have strong understanding of APAC markets, their unique challenges, and the opportunities they present

- Design Systems/DesignOps experience, from governance to component quality
