WPP Media is hiring a Senior Executive, Performance

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of media services and performance metrics across all client deliverables
  • Design strategies that align with user behavior across search platforms such as Google and Microsoft Advertising, including Google Shopping
  • Identify and develop opportunities to optimize client campaign performance and provide strategic recommendations
  • Proactively manage and escalate issues that may impact the quality or delivery timelines of media campaigns
  • Ensure team adherence to financial processes, optimization protocols, and organizational policies
  • Promote collaborative problem-solving by embracing diverse perspectives and expertise across functions
  • Lead educational sessions on emerging trends and technologies in search media activation
  • Independently create media schedules and full-funnel strategies for search and eCommerce across key platforms
  • Manage and execute search campaigns for well-established local and global brands across various sectors
  • Obtain and maintain certifications in Google Ads, search/eCommerce, and analytics platforms
  • Oversee team resources, including coaching, professional development, and daily management
  • Complete additional projects or duties as assigned
