Responsibilities
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of media services and performance metrics across all client deliverables
- Design strategies that align with user behavior across search platforms such as Google and Microsoft Advertising, including Google Shopping
- Identify and develop opportunities to optimize client campaign performance and provide strategic recommendations
- Proactively manage and escalate issues that may impact the quality or delivery timelines of media campaigns
- Ensure team adherence to financial processes, optimization protocols, and organizational policies
- Promote collaborative problem-solving by embracing diverse perspectives and expertise across functions
- Lead educational sessions on emerging trends and technologies in search media activation
- Independently create media schedules and full-funnel strategies for search and eCommerce across key platforms
- Manage and execute search campaigns for well-established local and global brands across various sectors
- Obtain and maintain certifications in Google Ads, search/eCommerce, and analytics platforms
- Oversee team resources, including coaching, professional development, and daily management
- Complete additional projects or duties as assigned
