Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of designated campaigns while supporting senior planners on complex initiatives.
- Perform in-depth audience analysis using tools like GWI and ComScore to shape strategic planning recommendations.
- Help distribute media budgets across channels with clear understanding of strategic intent and investment goals.
- Assist in forecasting tasks and evaluate past campaign performance to improve future planning accuracy.
- Develop and maintain detailed briefs for activation teams and engage in joint planning sessions for smooth execution.
- Review activation team proposals and collaborate on selecting appropriate channels, publishers, and budget allocations aligned with client goals.
- Manage specific elements of client-facing media plans and internal documentation, ensuring precision and timely updates.
- Keep testing strategies current and support a culture of ongoing optimization and learning.
- Oversee assigned campaigns from kickoff to final reporting, meeting deadlines and client expectations.
- Build trusted relationships with clients by serving as a knowledgeable and dependable contact for managed campaigns.
- Design and maintain reporting templates across channels, deliver weekly updates, and act on performance insights proactively.
- Gather and verify activation reports from individual channels, extracting early insights for consolidated reporting.
- Lead coordination on creative requirements, working directly with creative teams and client stakeholders.
- Engage with media vendors to assess capabilities and contribute informed perspectives on emerging opportunities within the broader network.
