Lime is hiring a Senior ERP Application Engineer

Responsibilities

  • Lead technical development activities in NetSuite, following best practices for configuration, scripting, and integrations.
  • Customize and enhance NetSuite setups to meet changing business needs, with emphasis on Fixed Asset Management, Vendor Management & Returns, Landed Cost, General Ledger, Intercompany processes, and Payables.
  • Design and implement scalable NetSuite customizations using SuiteCloud Development Framework, SuiteScript 2.0/2.1, SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, custom records, forms, saved searches, and advanced templates.
  • Develop and maintain reliable SuiteTalk REST/SOAP integrations, RESTlets, Map/Reduce scripts, User Event scripts, Client scripts, Scheduled scripts, and Suitelets.
  • Create, deploy, and manage high-efficiency integrations and automated workflows between NetSuite and Coupa, the procurement platform.
  • Improve accounting and operational processes using SuiteFlow and SuiteScript to increase daily efficiency.
  • Implement and review role-based access controls, data security policies, and SOX compliance protocols to maintain audit-ready configurations.
  • Collaborate with product managers, data teams, sourcing, and corporate functions to convert business needs into scalable technical solutions.
  • Enforce coding standards for NetSuite extensions and automation pipelines to ensure long-term maintainability and performance.
  • Serve as a technical mentor to junior developers, conducting code reviews and guiding technical design decisions.
  • Stay current with NetSuite’s bi-annual updates, assess new features, manage patch impacts, and assist with regression testing.
  • Support month-end and quarter-end financial closing by resolving issues related to journals, approvals, reconciliations, eliminations, amortizations, accruals, and vendor bills.
  • Optimize script performance, governance usage, deployment methods, and error handling to support large-scale financial and procurement operations.
  • Participate in on-call rotations, responding to system incidents, diagnosing problems, and contributing to root cause analysis and reliability improvements.
  • Address production outages, critical alerts, and system issues during assigned on-call periods.
  • Escalate complex incidents and work with team members to restore services promptly.
  • Document issues thoroughly and help implement solutions that reduce repeat occurrences.
  • Be available for occasional after-hours, weekend, and holiday support while on call.

Compensation

The base salary range reflects what the company reasonably expects to offer for this role, with final pay based on objective factors including candidate location, skills, and experience. Total compensation may include discretionary performance bonuses and equity, subject to plan terms and eligibility.
