Responsibilities
- Influence the evolution of ZYLENTIX into a robust, enterprise-ready AI platform through strategic architectural guidance.
- Develop standardized patterns for APIs, integrations, deployments, and customer-facing edge components.
- Establish clear, actionable standards for production readiness, scalability, maintainability, and technical documentation.
- Support the creation of release processes, deployment strategies, monitoring practices, observability frameworks, and operational runbooks.
- Integrate security principles such as identity and access management, audit logging, secrets handling, and data flow controls into core architecture decisions.
- Convert customer needs into modular, reusable product and architectural components.
- Lead and support technical workshops with enterprise IT, security, product, engineering, and architecture teams.
Requirements
- Proven experience in roles such as Solution Architect, Enterprise Architect, Platform Architect, Technical Lead, or similar.
- Solid grasp of enterprise software design, cloud or private cloud infrastructure, APIs, containerization, and modern deployment pipelines.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, release management, monitoring systems, observability tools, and operational documentation practices.
- Understanding of security fundamentals including compliance, IAM, encryption, audit logging, secrets management, and secure integrations.
- Ability to design repeatable architectural patterns rather than one-time, custom solutions.
- Interest in AI-native platforms, large language model architectures, agentic workflows, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), AI evaluation, and MLOps practices.
- Strong capability to analyze complex technical challenges, document decisions effectively, and align diverse technical stakeholders.
- Fluent communication skills in both English and German.
Nice to Have
- Background in cybersecurity, product security, vulnerability management, or security operations.
- Experience working in regulated or complex enterprise environments.
- Hands-on experience with Python, FastAPI, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, OpenAPI, or related technologies.
- Familiarity with SQL databases, graph databases, or advanced data modeling.
