Responsibilities
- Lead and scale a high-impact team of engineers focused on critical revenue systems
- Manage and develop backend and full-stack engineering talent within monetization and billing domains
- Help define the technical vision, operational framework, and engineering culture for a growing platform team
- Drive technical execution, roadmap prioritization, and strategic direction for key monetization initiatives
- Recruit, integrate, and mentor engineers across backend and full-stack disciplines
- Promote strong ownership, operational discipline, and cross-team collaboration
- Develop engineering processes that support rapid delivery while maintaining system reliability
- Oversee mission-critical infrastructure responsible for revenue generation
- Lead development of systems powering monetization APIs and shared business logic
- Manage product catalog systems enabling pricing models, packaging, and bundled offerings
- Oversee engineering for incentive and discount management platforms
- Lead integration efforts with third-party billing providers
- Own the design and delivery of billing and payment experiences in the admin console
- Lead cross-functional strategic projects across multiple quarters
- Coordinate complex initiatives involving engineering, product, finance, and operations teams
- Support teams in navigating uncertainty, setting priorities, and meeting aggressive timelines
- Collaborate with stakeholders to convert business strategies into scalable technical implementations
- Enhance coordination and reduce friction across interdependent teams
- Balance immediate business demands with long-term architectural integrity
