Responsibilities
- Lead the creation, structure, and implementation of efficient, modular, and accessible frontend platforms.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Backend teams to influence and execute the product roadmap.
- Advocate for user experience by actively participating in internal testing, gathering feedback, and refining usability.
- Promote a work environment centered on technical rigor, accountability, and teamwork across global engineering teams.
- Support the technical and career growth of engineers through coaching and development opportunities.
- Lead efforts to update the frontend technology stack, increase system reliability, and optimize performance at scale.
