Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor multiple engineering teams focused on CRM platform development.
- Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and technical accountability.
- Collaborate with product and design partners to define roadmap priorities.
- Translate business objectives into scalable technical solutions.
- Oversee system architecture decisions impacting reliability and performance.
- Ensure engineering practices support rapid iteration and high-quality delivery.
- Guide career development and performance growth for engineers and tech leads.
- Promote best practices in testing, observability, and incident response.
- Work across organizational boundaries to align on platform standards.
- Champion inclusive team dynamics and equitable processes.
- Evaluate and integrate new technologies to improve platform capabilities.
- Manage delivery of complex, cross-team initiatives on schedule.
- Support recruiting efforts to grow and diversify the engineering team.
- Advocate for customer-centric design in platform feature development.
- Maintain focus on security, data integrity, and compliance requirements.
Nice to Have
- Master’s degree in a technical or management-related discipline.
- Prior experience in SaaS or enterprise software companies.
- Exposure to microservices, event-driven architectures, and APIs.
- Knowledge of data modeling and database optimization techniques.
- Leadership experience in fast-growing technology organizations.
