Responsibilities
- Design and implement routing capabilities for IPv4 and IPv6 networks
- Develop and sustain static routing functionality
- Develop and sustain policy-based routing mechanisms
- Develop and sustain multi-WAN configurations with failover and load distribution
- Develop and sustain dynamic routing protocols as required
- Develop and sustain DHCP client, server, and relay operations
- Develop and sustain PPPoE connectivity features
- Develop and sustain NAT and network address port translation
- Ensure proper integration between firewall rules and routing policies
- Develop and sustain Dual WAN support
- Implement link health monitoring for high availability
- Implement logic for automatic network failover
- Optimize recovery processes and system stability settings
- Enhance performance and scalability of routing systems
- Integrate routing components with platform services, user interfaces, and cloud management systems
