Responsibilities
- Implement software development processes, standards, and best practices to consistently deliver high-quality software while following the full Software Development Lifecycle and Agile TOM framework aligned with your Home.
- Demonstrate individual engineering excellence by applying analysis tools, control checkpoints, and peer reviews, fostering innovation in design, productivity, and quality, and mentoring junior team members.
- Stay engaged in assessing emerging technologies, methodologies, and models to support competitive advantage and enhance current product capabilities, adopting them within your team as needed.
- Support improvements in the engineering lifecycle by promoting structured knowledge sharing and continuous learning to help the organization respond effectively to market and client demands.
- Take part in code reviews to introduce innovative approaches that enhance software design, quality, and overall engineering efficiency.
- Identify, escalate, document, and manage issues related to product design, features, and functionality to ensure alignment with delivery objectives and project plans.
