About the Role
This position involves leading the design and development of scalable application systems using ASP.NET within a product-focused engineering team. The candidate will play a key role in shaping technical direction, ensuring high-quality delivery, and supporting the long-term evolution of core software platforms.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-performance, scalable web applications using ASP.NET
- Collaborate with product managers to define technical requirements and deliverables
- Lead the development and integration of core product features
- Ensure system reliability, security, and maintainability across the product lifecycle
- Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior team members
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues
- Work closely with QA teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage
- Participate in architectural design and technology stack evaluations
- Maintain up-to-date documentation for systems and processes
- Support deployment pipelines and continuous integration workflows
- Integrate third-party APIs and external data sources
- Follow secure coding practices and compliance standards
- Contribute to agile planning, sprint execution, and retrospectives
- Drive improvements in code quality and engineering best practices
- Mentor engineers in technical problem-solving and system design
Nice to Have
- Master’s degree in a technical discipline
