Design innovative power solutions at the IC level as a Senior Engineer in Analog Design Engineering. You'll play a central role in developing high-performance power management products for industrial markets, driving designs from concept through implementation and validation.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineering teams in Germany and the USA to deliver integrated circuit blocks using transistor-level design and simulation
- Lead circuit design efforts, ensuring performance meets functional, power, and timing targets
- Present technical findings to internal teams and external customers
- Apply rigorous design and verification methodologies using industry-standard tools and flows
- Support layout, lab testing, and product evaluation to ensure robust, manufacturable designs
- Help refine analog design practices to accelerate development cycles and reduce time-to-market
Qualifications
Candidates should hold a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering and have at least four years of experience in analog IC design, particularly in power management. Demonstrated success in product development is essential.
Strong understanding of analog and mixed-signal systems, design tools, and verification techniques is required. You should be comfortable taking ownership of design blocks or full systems, contributing from architecture definition through debug and validation.
Experience with mixed-signal components such as ADCs and DACs, or integrating analog circuits into complex systems, is beneficial.
Work Environment
This is an onsite role based in Ismaning, Germany, with collaboration across Munich and San Jose. Occasional travel, up to 10%, is expected. The team promotes continuous learning, technical excellence, and an inclusive workplace culture focused on innovation and shared success.
