Responsibilities
- Lead and contribute to major projects and long-term frameworks involving renewable energy developers, primarily in the UK and Ireland, with occasional international assignments
- Conduct Front End Engineering Design (FEED), planning-stage design, and feasibility assessments for battery energy storage systems, including grid interconnections, control systems, and metering infrastructure
- Collaborate with internal teams managing large renewable power generation or dedicated private power network developments
- Support bidding processes and gain experience in project management and quality assurance activities

Work Arrangement
Hybrid — UK, Ireland
Here’s what you’ll do:
- Have the opportunity to work on large projects and frameworks with renewable energy generation developers, mostly in UK and Ireland but also with some global projects
- Undertake Front End Engineering Design (FEED), design for planning, feasibility studies etc. of energy storage systems including associated grid connections, control and metering
- Work with Internal AECOM clients delivering large renewable generation or private wire projects
- Provide some support and gain exposure to bidding, project and quality management
