EX Squared is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will take ownership of complex design projects and provide technical leadership across engineering initiatives.
What You'll Do
- Lead the design, development, and validation of electrical systems and components.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other engineers on the team.
- Drive projects from concept through to production, ensuring they meet quality and performance goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and solve complex technical challenges.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in electrical engineering design and development.
- Proven experience leading design projects and making critical technical decisions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on robust system design.
