About the Role

The Senior Director of Talent Acquisition will be responsible for developing and executing the talent acquisition strategy, managing a team of recruiters, and driving hiring initiatives to support the company's growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract and hire top talent.
• Lead and manage a team of recruiters, providing guidance and support.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment plans.
• Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Implement and manage recruitment metrics and analytics to track performance.
• Identify and implement new recruitment strategies and technologies.
• Ensure compliance with all recruitment laws and regulations.
• Manage the recruitment budget and allocate resources effectively.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors.
• Create and implement diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives in the recruitment process.
• Develop and implement employer branding strategies to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice.
• Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to promote job openings and the company's culture.
• Conduct regular training and development sessions for the recruitment team.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
• Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Conduct regular audits of the recruitment process to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement strategies to reduce time-to-fill and cost-per-hire.
• Collaborate with the HR team to ensure alignment with the company's overall talent management strategy.
