Model N is hiring a Senior Director, Services Transformation to shape and lead strategic initiatives within our Global Services Operations. This role is central to evolving our service delivery models and processes on a global scale.
What You'll Do
- Lead and define the strategic transformation roadmap for Global Services Operations.
- Design and implement new service delivery models, processes, and standards.
- Drive operational excellence and efficiency across global service functions.
- Partner with cross-functional leadership to align transformation goals with business objectives.
- Measure and report on the impact and success of transformation initiatives.
