Requirements
- Commercially minded — comfortable owning a P&L and making trade-offs between margin, growth, and customer outcomes.
- Strategic and operational — can move between executive-level strategy and detailed operational problem-solving.
- Customer-facing presence — credible with C-suite contacts at provider organizations and able to handle escalations directly.
- Strong partner across functions — works effectively with Sales, Product, Finance, and the executive team.
- P&L management and financial planning for a services business.
- Service design and operational scaling, ideally in a healthcare RCM, BPO, or managed services context.
- Pipeline and capacity planning across sales and delivery.
- Influencing product/technology roadmaps as a senior services stakeholder.
- Hiring and performance management
- Significant senior leadership experience running an RCM, healthcare services, or BPO business unit.
- Track record of scaling a services team while maintaining or improving margin.
Nice to Have
- Experience in ABA, behavioral health, or adjacent specialty billing strongly preferred.
- Highly desirable - Experience working alongside a SaaS or technology-enabled services organization.
