Responsibilities
- Lead the development and growth of skilled product managers through active coaching and mentorship.
- Oversee a team of product managers to deliver solutions that are both valuable to customers and viable for the business.
- Develop product managers who prioritize achieving measurable outcomes over meeting arbitrary deadlines.
- Serve as a hands-on leader, modeling excellence by actively engaging in product work when necessary.
- Ensure the product management team addresses root causes of challenges, not just surface-level symptoms.
- Support quarterly planning cycles by helping define and assign problem-focused objectives to product teams.
- Guide the creation of product vision, strategy, and roadmaps that support long-term company goals while driving clear business impact.
Compensation
Base salary range: $250k–$300k per year; additional rewards may include bonuses, long-term incentives, and PTO.
