Responsibilities
- Provide executive-level HR leadership for Shared Development Studios, aligning with senior business leaders to shape and execute the full people agenda.
- Build, lead, and scale a high-performing HRBP team, establishing clear direction and ensuring consistent, high-quality HR support across the organization.
- Deliver strategic guidance on workforce planning, organizational structure, and talent initiatives within a large, multi-region environment.
- Act as a trusted advisor on people matters, turning business goals into practical, culturally aligned, and globally scalable HR strategies.
- Proactively identify and resolve critical people and organizational challenges with sound judgment and effective follow-through.
- Lead labor relations efforts, managing union interactions, interpreting collective agreements, and ensuring compliance across SDS.
- Collaborate with Legal on grievances, arbitrations, and labor practices, balancing legal integrity with relationship management.
- Design HR strategies for early-career, high-volume teams, including scalable onboarding, role-based career paths, and engagement in repetitive or milestone-driven environments.
- Support internal talent deployment by working with operations on workforce planning, job classification, and assignment lifecycle processes.
- Lead HR strategy across geographies, ensuring programs meet local compliance, cultural context, and global alignment.
- Coordinate with regional HR, COEs, and legal teams to address country-specific employment laws, compensation models, and regulations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor and employment landscapes in North America, Europe, and key APAC markets.
- Drive core HR cycles including performance reviews, compensation planning, promotions, job leveling, and annual workforce planning across a large workforce.
- Partner with People Programs to create talent strategies that foster role-family progression, internal mobility, and growth for early-career employees.
- Lead performance evaluation processes to strengthen a high-performance culture, with focused coaching for new and frontline managers.
- Advance inclusion by integrating DEI principles into hiring, talent development, team dynamics, and organizational design.
- Oversee employee relations in collaboration with ER and Legal teams, providing strategic oversight and direct case management when needed.
- Identify recurring employee relations issues and implement preventive measures to reduce risk and strengthen management capability.
- Ensure fair and consistent application of policies across diverse employment types, job levels, and union agreements.
- Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence and global HRBPs to deliver unified, seamless HR programs across the business.
- Develop recruiting strategies with operations leaders and provide Talent Acquisition with insights on workforce demand, role complexity, and staffing cycles.
- Partner with Internal Communications and other functions to enhance employee experience and manage organizational change.
- As part of the senior HRBP leadership, contribute to enterprise-wide initiatives and strategic thought leadership beyond the immediate business unit.
