- Lead and optimize performance across a 20-member engineering team and 6-person QA group
- Serve as the primary technical authority guiding long-term architecture and strategy for the game
- Oversee the full development lifecycle from planning through production, minimizing delays and ensuring reliable delivery
- Promote balanced engineering choices that prioritize speed when appropriate and durability when necessary
- Collaborate with Production to manage external development partners, including performance evaluation, integration, and accountability
- Establish and maintain scalable quality assurance and deployment practices across internal and external teams
- Demonstrate leadership that inspires team members through regular one-on-one meetings, growth tracking, and career development planning
- Support team needs through hands-on coding, hiring improvements, and active participation in technical work
