Responsibilities
- Shape and refine a global compensation strategy that aligns with organizational goals, growth trajectory, and workforce demands
- Provide strategic guidance to executive leadership across Engineering, Product, Sales, and General & Administrative functions on compensation trends, market positioning, and equity design
- Maintain a balance between competitive pay practices, internal equity, and cost efficiency in a dynamic tech industry
- Develop and evolve the global compensation philosophy to reflect company strategy, talent requirements, and external market dynamics
- Lead the design and maintenance of job architecture, including leveling systems, job groupings, and career progression frameworks to enable scalable growth
- Drive end-to-end execution of complex, cross-functional compensation initiatives, serving as the primary owner for results, timelines, and quality
- Collaborate with the Director of Compensation Operations to build scalable systems, tools, and processes for consistent global compensation practices
- Conduct benchmarking against peer technology firms and shifting labor markets to inform pay positioning
- Lead and develop a global team of compensation professionals supporting diverse business units
- Advise on compensation for hiring, promotions, retention efforts, and organizational changes, particularly for key technical positions
- Leverage data analytics and market intelligence to guide compensation decisions in competitive talent landscapes
- Partner with Finance on compensation budgeting, forecasting, and equity utilization planning
- Work closely with HRIS and People Analytics teams to enhance reporting, modeling, and decision-support tools
- Collaborate with Recruiting to design hiring strategies that are both competitive and scalable
- Coach and develop a high-performing compensation team
- Foster a culture rooted in accountability, data-driven insights, and continuous process improvement
