Responsibilities
- Oversee creation of the internal platform that is responsible for identity, rate limiting, data classification enforcement, audit logging, and model access management.
- Oversee the agent marketplace - the registry, trust framework, and contribution model that turns every team's AI automation into shared organizational capability.
- Build the pipeline-level AI layer, assessing where governed AI steps in CI/CD create the most leverage.
- Own the knowledge graph and retrieval architecture.
- Review designs, unblock implementation, and set grounding and governance standards for the team of developers you will oversee.
