Responsibilities
- Lead and implement the organization's digital marketing strategy from start to finish.

- Design and deploy landing pages and conversion pathways.
- Develop targeted lead generation campaigns for all products and services.
- Take full ownership of managing all corporate websites.
- Construct and update landing pages as needed.
- Enhance website conversion performance through data-driven improvements.
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate new features.
- Strengthen search engine visibility and organic traffic performance.
- Refine user experience across all web properties.
- Ensure websites are modern, fast-loading, and optimized for conversions.
- Design comprehensive customer journeys from first touch to conversion.
- Create lifecycle marketing strategies independently.
- Develop and refine customer pathways within the Monday.com CRM, guiding leads through defined stages.
- Maintain the Monday.com CRM as the central hub for marketing, sales, and customer interaction data.
- Build automated workflows in Monday.com to enhance lead follow-up, task tracking, and team collaboration.
- Develop automated sequences across email, SMS, and CRM platforms.
- Group customers by product interest and behavioral patterns for better targeting.
- Collect, structure, and utilize customer data to inform future marketing efforts.
- Improve customer retention and encourage repeat purchases.
- Design promotional campaigns to drive cross-selling and upselling across offerings.
