Alchemy Worx is seeking a contract Senior Digital Designer to serve as the visual architect for a premier beauty and fashion brand. You will lead visual strategy and execution across digital channels, translating strategic goals into high-fidelity, performance-driven assets.
What You'll Do
- Pioneer visual development across critical digital channels including email campaigns, landing pages, display ads, and social media content.
- Own design file architecture, leading organization, integrity, and streamlined hand-off to the development team.
- Serve as the core creative bridge, aligning with Strategists, Copywriters, and Account Managers to ensure visual concepts are strategically optimized and on-brand.
- Work closely with the dedicated Art Director leading the account to ensure visual continuity and strategic alignment.
- Develop high-fidelity wireframes, interactive prototypes, and compelling mockups that communicate design intent and user flow.
- Act as the final gatekeeper of quality, enforcing standards for visual consistency, accessibility, and brand adherence.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of demonstrable success as a Digital Designer or Senior Designer, ideally within a fast-paced agency environment.
- A stellar portfolio showcasing high-level visual strategy and flawless high-fidelity production work for premium brands.
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma (including design system and library management) and Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Practical experience with professional project management tools like ClickUp, Asana, or Trello.
- Proven track record of working effectively, independently, and collaboratively in a 100% remote setting.
- Exceptional verbal and visual communication skills to present, defend, and articulate design rationales.
