Responsibilities
- Lead the creation, validation, and interpretation of business and technical requirements into actionable digital solutions
- Oversee the setup, deployment, and enhancement of project management information systems for major project management offices, emphasizing cost, risk, schedule, and portfolio management tools
- Develop strategies for system configuration, produce technical documentation, and create implementation roadmaps in line with program goals
- Guide client teams to adapt workflows so operational practices reflect system functionalities and data structures
- Promote best practices in digital system configuration and integration across large capital projects
- Gather and evaluate client needs to shape digital strategies, data models, and analytical methods that support business objectives
- Assist in consolidating project, cost, timeline, and asset data across the project management office into structured reports
- Build and deploy interactive dashboards and reporting tools using platforms like Power BI or Tableau to support data-driven decisions
- Deliver technical instruction, mentoring, and support to improve user adoption among client personnel
- Help produce clear documentation, presentations, and communications for stakeholders
- Provide technical expertise during business development efforts, proposal writing, and project acquisition
- Support ongoing enhancement of digital, data, and analytics capabilities within the organization
- Serve as an advocate for digital services, promoting value-based digital transformation and innovation
- Stay engaged with evolving industry trends and technologies, integrating new insights into project delivery
