Responsibilities
- Architect, implement, and maintain cloud platforms on AWS with an emphasis on high availability, fault tolerance, and security
- Create Infrastructure as Code templates using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation
- Enhance system performance, scalability, and cost-effectiveness of cloud resources
- Strengthen reliability across distributed services and applications
- Build modern CI/CD workflows using platforms such as GitHub, Harness, CodePipeline, CodeBuild, and CodeDeploy
- Drive automation for infrastructure setup and application release processes
- Advocate for AI-powered tools to optimize CI/CD pipeline efficiency
- Advocate for AI-powered tools to improve testing and deployment intelligence
- Advocate for AI-powered tools to accelerate incident detection and root cause identification
- Advocate for AI-powered tools to generate operational insights and detect anomalies
- Identify areas to reduce manual work through smart automation and platform enhancements
- Establish and refine monitoring, alerting, and centralized logging systems
- Use advanced analytics and AI-assisted observability solutions to strengthen system diagnostics
- Conduct deep troubleshooting in cloud and production environments
- Take part in an on-call schedule to support critical infrastructure
- Lead technical initiatives from concept through deployment and ongoing operations
- Encourage DevOps best practices and foster a mindset of continuous improvement
- Collaborate with Engineering, Security, and Data teams to align goals and execution
- Support documentation, knowledge transfer, and the development of platform standards
