Miratech is hiring a Senior DevOps Engineer (Kubernetes & GitOps)

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer with strong hands-on experience operating Kubernetes in production at scale. This role is ideal for someone who has owned real-world Kubernetes platforms, understands the operational complexity of running distributed systems in production, and has strong experience with GitOps-based deployment workflows. The Senior DevOps Engineer will be responsible for building, improving, and supporting cloud-native infrastructure, Kubernetes platforms, CI/CD pipelines, observability systems, and production reliability practices. This person should be comfortable working across infrastructure, application, security, and operations teams to deliver reliable and repeatable deployment platforms. Key Responsibilities Design, operate, and improve production-grade Kubernetes platforms. Build and maintain Kubernetes workloads, manifests, Helm charts, Kustomize overlays, and deployment patterns. Implement and support GitOps workflows using Flux, Argo CD, or similar tools. Improve CI/CD pipelines for reliable, repeatable, and secure application delivery. Partner with engineering teams to troubleshoot production issues across Kubernetes, networking, compute, storage, and application layers. Build automation for infrastructure provisioning, deployment, monitoring, and incident response. Support cloud infrastructure operations across AWS, GCP, Windows, or hybrid environments. Manage Kubernetes networking, ingress, service mesh, DNS, TLS, secrets, and workload identity patterns. Drive Infrastructure as Code standards using Terraform, Pulumi, CloudFormation, or similar tools. Collaborate with security teams to improve container, cluster, secrets, and supply-chain security. Mentor engineers on Kubernetes, DevOps, GitOps, and production operations best practices.
