Responsibilities
- Design and maintain scalable cloud-based infrastructure
- Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines
- Automate deployment and provisioning processes
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
- Ensure infrastructure security and compliance standards
- Collaborate with development teams to streamline releases
- Manage configuration and version control systems
- Support containerization using Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes
- Maintain documentation for systems and processes
- Respond to incidents and perform root cause analysis
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
- Minimum of 5 years in DevOps or systems engineering roles
- Strong experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
- Proficiency in scripting languages like Python or Bash
- Hands-on experience with Terraform or similar IaC tools
- Solid understanding of networking and security principles
- Experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus or Datadog
- Familiarity with Jenkins, GitLab CI, or equivalent platforms
- Knowledge of Linux system administration
- Understanding of microservices architecture
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications in cloud or DevOps technologies
- Experience with multi-region cloud deployments
- Background in financial or regulated industries
- Exposure to service mesh technologies like Istio
- Contributions to open-source projects
