About the Role
Build and own the infrastructure backbone—from a fast-moving multi-tenant AWS core to edge deployments in customer VPCs and on-prem environments—while designing for decades-long data accessibility and system resilience.
Responsibilities
- Audit and strengthen the AWS-based multi-tenant architecture, CI/CD pipelines, observability tools, and deployment processes to meet production-grade reliability standards.
- Establish core operational practices including incident response, on-call rotations, automated remediation, status reporting, alerting workflows, runbooks, and a culture of operational accountability.
- Design a standardized, repeatable deployment pattern for customer-hosted environments that avoids one-off configurations and supports scalable growth beyond initial implementations.
- Develop secure and reliable integration patterns to connect with customer-run legacy systems such as ERP, procurement, and compliance platforms.
- Design a hosting platform for digital product passports with extreme durability in mind, ensuring stable URLs, data integrity, and an operational model capable of sustaining 99.99% uptime over decades.
