Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end development and maintenance of the internal developer platform, including CI/CD pipelines, deployment strategies, self-service tools, and temporary environments used by all engineers.
- Design and implement systems that integrate AI coding agents into the development process, creating efficient and secure workflows for human-agent collaboration.
- Model developer productivity as a data-driven system by measuring performance, identifying bottlenecks, and delivering targeted improvements.
- Assume operational responsibility by participating in on-call rotations and ensuring the reliability of built systems.
- Guide the technical evolution of development and deployment practices while mentoring junior engineers.
- Collaborate with product teams to refine coding tools, frameworks, and internal APIs to reduce development friction.
- Develop standardized, low-friction pathways for service creation by minimizing boilerplate and defining best practices.
- Operate transparently in a distributed team, documenting decisions and trade-offs openly to support asynchronous collaboration.
