Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain end-to-end features for web and mobile platforms, taking full ownership of delivery from concept to deployment.
- Analyze and resolve advanced engineering challenges involving system scalability, concurrent operations, background tasks, and data processing using data-driven decision-making.
- Integrate and manage third-party services and tools to ensure platform reliability, connectivity, and smooth operation.
- Work closely with Product, Customer Care, and Finance teams to define feature requirements, troubleshoot live issues, and validate real-world functionality.
- Enhance team performance through code reviews, collaborative problem-solving on complex tasks, knowledge transfer, and mentoring junior developers.
- Leverage artificial intelligence to automate workflows, minimize inefficiencies, and free up time for high-impact development work.
- Support a robust software development lifecycle by writing clean, testable, maintainable code designed for long-term sustainability and security.
