Responsibilities
- Create high-converting, visually compelling paid social content across static, video, and animated formats that align with brand messaging and are optimized for performance metrics like CTR, CVR, and CAC.
- Develop a continuous pipeline of innovative ad concepts to significantly boost account performance by analyzing performance data to identify trends and inform future creative strategies.
- Lead paid social creative workflows by building reusable templates and systems that improve efficiency, while delivering fresh, on-brand content in collaboration with a conceptual copywriter.
- Stay current with design trends, social media platforms, and emerging technologies such as AI to enhance creative effectiveness and collaborate on brand expression across Meta, TikTok, and other channels.
- Independently and collaboratively execute creative concepts at speed and scale, iterating rapidly based on feedback and performance data.
- Collaborate with external freelancers and partners as needed to support creative production demands.
